Marines with the Force Reconnaissance Platoon, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, rehearse a visit, board, search, seizure operation aboard the USNS Matthew C. Perry as part of the MEU’s certification exercise. After clearing the deck and inside of the ship, the Marines detained the hostile personnel who took control of the ship, egressing to the USS Essex following the exercise. Includes sound bites from Cpl. Jordan Tapangco, Squad Leader, Maritime Raid Force, 31st MEU. Also available in high definition.
