U.S., Thai and Republic of Korea Marines participated in Jungle Survival training Feb. 8, 2016 in Latowan, Thailand. The Marines are part of exercise Cobra Gold 16. CG 16 is the 35th iteration of Cobra Gold which provides a joint and combined task force venue to maintain readiness, while emphasizing security and humanitarian cooperation in the Pacific .

In this episode, Marines with Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines climb inside the Modular Amphibious Egress Trainer. This simulates a downed aircraft in a body of water and these Marines are learning the essential skills to survive. Also available in high definition. U.S. Marines with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262 (Reinforced) (VMM-262 (REIN)), 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (31st MEU) conduct shipboard aircraft fire fighter training at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. The training was designed to prepare Marines to assist Navy personnel in combating fires on the flight deck of an amphibious vessel in an emergency situation.
