U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Brye French, the Weapons Co. Commander for Battalion Landing Team 2/5, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, conducts a 38-minute workout aboard the Amphibious Assault Ship USS Tripoli (LHA-7), in the Philippine Sea. The workout commemorated the passing of Capt. Matt Brewer, who, unfortunately, took his own life. Capt. French is a native of Millbrook, Alabama.
