Captain Patrick H. Joseph, commanding officer of Company G., Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, and native of Cincinnati, Ohio, addresses the corpsmen of the company who received their Fleet Marine Force pins during a ceremony here, June 28. Six corpsmen of Co. G. received their FMF pins following nearly a year of studying and testing. The pin signifies the corpsmen’s knowledgeof Marine Corps history, traditions and operations. The 31st MEU is the only forward-deployed MEU and is the Marine Corps’ force in readiness in the Asia-Pacific region.
