Marines and Sailors with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit prepare to march to music with students from the Hanniel Christian Academy and Orphanage during a visit here, Oct. 11. The visit was part of Amphibious Landing Exercise, a bilateral training exercise between U.S. and Philippine armed forces intended to increase interoperability and strengthen the bond between nations. PHIBLEX, now in its 29th iteration, is an annually-scheduled exercise between the U.S. and Philippine forces, aimed at strengthening military-to-military interoperability and bilateral relationships.
