U.S. Marine Capt. German Alicea (center standing), leads a discussion about the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program inside the hangar bay of the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). Alicea is a 1st Degree Black Belt Instructor and the disbursing officer for Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit.
