1st Lt. William Tidd, center, from Angola, Indiana, briefs the plan to help rebuild and aid a simulated village that has been struck by a flood Jan. 13 at Camp Hansen. The Marines are practicing scenarios as part of the Humanitarian Assistance Survey Team. The team is typically sent into a country after a natural disaster occurs in order to assess the damage and determine the amount of supply and resources are needed.
