USS BONHOMME RICHARD, At Sea - Marines with the Maritime Raid Force, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, rappel from a Navy MH-60S helicopter onto the flight deck of the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) during fast rope insertion training here, Mar. 2. The Marines utilize rope entry for operations where the helicopter cannot land; such as during a visit, board, search and seizure operation.
