Marines assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit approach the well deck of the Whidbey Island-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) after conducting open ocean operations using combat rubber raiding crafts. Tortuga is part of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group and is operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operation.
