A Marine with Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit executes an arm bar take down while participating in Oleoresin Capiscum Level 1 training course here, Dec 9. The training allows Marines to execute baton techniques and arm manipulation takedowns while in heightened stressed situations. The 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit remains America’s force-in-readiness in the Asia-Pacific region, and is the only continually forward-deployed MEU.
