1st Lt. Ryan Tice, platoon commander, Animal Company, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 7th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary unit, leads Marines of BLT 1/7 and Combat Logistics Battalion 31 in formation through the streets of Incheon, Republic of Korea, September 15. The parade was held to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Marine Corps' amphibious landing, a bold move which marked a turning point in the Korean war and eventually led to the people of southern Korea being freed from the threat of communist takeover. ROK and U.S. Marines marched together in front of thousands of cheering spectators, including veterans from the allied nations of the Republic of Korea, Australia, and the U.S.
