After exiting two CH-46E Sea Knight helicopters, Marines with Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 7th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, prepare to extract a ‘down’ pilot during a simulated Tactical Recovery of Air Personnel mission, August 17. This exercise is designed to strengthen the preparedness of the BLT during its missions with the 31st MEU’s fall deployment.
