U.S. Marines assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit prepare to launch a combat rubber raiding crafts (CRRC) during a CRRC training mission aboard forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2), under way in the South China Sea, March 3, 2010.
