One-year old Christian Mendoza plays with his new toy truck during a community relations project at San Juan Elementary School, March 15. Marines and sailors with Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, 31st (MEU) delivered toys, clothes, and school supplies to the school where Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) servicemembers helped pass out the supplies. The two nations conduct COMREL events around the country in conjunction with medical, dental projects, and bilateral training exercises during exercise Balikatan 2010 (BK’ 10).
