Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 31 (CLB-31), 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), receive sermon from Lt. Cmdr. Doran Kelvington, a chaplain with the 25th Naval Construction Regiment, Joint Civil-Military Operations Task Force (JCMOTF), during Protestant church services at Marnay Primary School, March 14. Marines and sailors with CLB-31 took a break from their engineering civil affairs project (ENCAP) to receive religious services at the school. CLB-31 along with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) are renovating the school to support the local Filipino community in support of exercise Balikatan 2010 (BK ’10).
