Marines with Company C., Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 4th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, disembark the USS Denver (LPD-9) here following the month-long bilateral training Exercise Balikatan in the Philippines, May 3. Balikatan, (shoulder-to-shoulder in English) is the last training evolution 1/4 will take part in before detaching from the 31st MEU and returning to their home garrison on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
