Sentinels of Freedom Motorcycle Club hosts Family Appreciation Day

13 Apr 2007 | Tech. Sgt. Stephanie Kollar

Looking back, they never should've let me have control of the water balloons.

Last April Fool's Day at the Hurlburt picnic grounds, a group of people lit a grill, cranked up some tunes, inflated a bouncy castle and settled in for a day of friends and fun. Although the date has changed for this year, the friends and fun will be just as good, if not better than last year. And I promise to not get carried away with the water balloons this year.

The Sentinels of Freedom Motorcycle Club invites local riders, enthusiasts and their families to their 3rd Annual Family Appreciation Day 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. April 21 at the Hurlburt Picnic area on the south side of Highway 98.

Music, free food, games and a bouncy castle for the kids will be provided. You can even bring a tent and spend the night.

We've arranged for perfect weather, so stop by. Just remember, I'm pretty quick with a water balloon.
