The picture was given to all the highest ranking representatives of the Kingdom of Thailand, Malaysia, United States, as well as the governor of Chantha Buri. The school was completed during exercise Cobra Gold 2011. Thailand is one of the United States’ five major non-NATO treaty allies in the region, and their partnership has helped keep the region secure and stable.
