School children perform a traditional Thai dance for military and political officials of Thailand, Malaysia, and the U.S. at an Engineering Civil Assistance Project dedication ceremony during Cobra Gold 2011, Feb. 17. Marines of Combat Logistics Battalion 31, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade, as well as Royal Thai and Malaysian military members constructed the three-classroom school in a tri-lateral effort over the past month. CG11 improves participating nations’ ability to conduct training while strengthening relationships between the militaries and local communities.
